KC's uncle Chris is an amazing cook! He makes things that take hours to cook. We were lucky enough to be his guinea pigs for paella. He ordered a traditional paella cooker and a special sauce. It was amazing and so was the company!

J-Team Christmas Party

This year Dr. Jacobson took us to a Cirque du Soleil show for our Holiday party. We had drinks & hor'dourves at Casa Del Mar and then walked to the Santa Monica Pier for the show. It was interesting to say the least!

 

Ray Lamontagne Concert

KC and I were so excited to see Ray in concert. A few of his songs were on our collection of love songs CD we gave out as our wedding favor. We love him! So when we arrived at the concert we were shocked to find out our tickets we purchased from StubHub were fakes! We were so so upset. We tried to purchase them the day they went on sale through Ticketmaster, but they sold out in the first 5 minutes. This was our first experience with stubhub. We went to the ticket office to see what they could do for us.. When we walked up the lady was on the phone, when she got off we explained her our situation. She looked at us and said "Never buy your tickets from anywhere other than Ticketmaster. This happens all of the time. You should call StubHub right now and see if they will refund you money, but I think you'll be at a loss." Seriously?!!!? But then she went on to say "The good news is I just got off the phone and the band has released two seat I can sell to you for $52.00". That was 1/3 of what we paid for our original tickets. Someone was watching over us, our seats were amazing (we sat right behind Katherine Heigl and her husband), and StubHub fully refunded us. What a night!

Erica visits

I was so lucky to have my dear friend Erica in town last weekend. We had so much fun! I miss her so much, I wish she could move back to L.A!
